will require an Approval Letter from your Lender.
The Approval letter will tell us how much you are qualified for.
It will also tell us how much of a down payment you will be

We am licensed to deal with most any type of transaction.
Our license allows us to deal with single-family residence

We can also represent you with commercial transactions such as an
apartment complex or business. |

property is for sale, we can represent you.
It does not matter who the listing Agent or Company is.

Yes,
only one. We must be
present with you the first time you visit the sales office at the new

we cannot represent you as your Realtorâ
and offer our services with that developer. |

going to cost me to buy property? |

Nothing.
Our fees when representing the Buyer are absolutely nothing. |

much are my fees when selling property? |

Typically,
our Broker requires the fee to be 6% of the sales price. Fees are
not set by law and can be negotiated. |

there any other fees when listing a property? |

Not
with us. Other Agents may
charge additional fees for Marketing & Advertising, Escrow
Coordinator, Filing and/or Errors & Omissions.
Those are just a cost of doing business that should not be passed
onto the client. The agreed
upon commission mentioned above is the only fee charged, nothing more. |
